Read this news article in Arab Times about a drug peddler caught with 10 kilos of cocaine. The stash has been priced at KD 1,500! Well as per US Government controlled substance site, the street value of 10 kilos of cocaine would be around US$ 200,000 or KD 53,000. And if the bust has netted 1000 kilos then we are looking at KD 5,300,000 [5 Million] worth of stash!! Has to be one the biggest raids in Kuwait…Some thoughts…

strange i would have thought coke would also be subject to global inflation trends.
hmmm … Mama Farouq seems to have awsome prices and prolly wants to take over the world market!!! He sure would have gotten a chance if they would not have caught him…
Anyways … good thing he’s off the streets…

I think news this big deserves a headline in all the daily newspapers. The guy was caught with more than a TON of coke.
I just hope that is was real ‘Coke’…you know coca-cola [coke], atleast the bad stuff would be away from our streets.
