VIVA begins operations on Dec 3rd

VIVA the 3rd telecom operator in Kuwait will begin its operations on Wednesday, November December 3rd. I guess they will start rolling out sim card allocations and pricing mechanism. Lets wait and see if VIVA is a market killer.

Great Viva, really Viva slapped very well on the face of Z & W by the way everyone should use only VIVA line both the companies sucked peoples money like any thing. now its time to do so….
