VIVA reduces internet access tariff to KD 20

VIVA has reduced its prices for internet access over mobile from KD 27 to KD 20 per month and is also offering free USB modem. The catch is that the price is valid for 12 month contract only. This offer is valid till Jan 31. After that the price of internet access will be KD 24 per month. Still too high..

    First of all how much do they charge a month now ??
    Secondly is it a limited download like in Zain the limit is not 10 Gb (previously 30 Gb) for a rent of 15 K.D per month.

    Hello there, I don't know if i am late or no, But I've been using the viva usb for a month now. The speed is pretty nice, Better then any other connections, I tried. Download speed is usually between 140kbps to 160kbps, It's not bad for direct downloads. when it comes to torrents, The thing rises up to 320+kbps this one time it reached almost 700kbps, It is not bad at all. I recommend anyone who have no tried it to try it :) Any questions regarding the device. Ask me. I'm a costumer as well, Regards, Nasser

    VIVA is advertising 14.4 Mbps/7.2 Mbps but their 14.4 Mbps connection will not be available and when it starts it will be different pricing bracket. As for their 7.2 Mbps, I believe they are offering that on cached and compressed content downloads. I am not a VIVA customer so I do not have first hand experience on it.
