Over the weekend we had a clamour of horn honking and ecstatic drivers shouting and tyre burning on the 5th Ring Road, blocking the traffic and polluting the area. I dont get the idea of honking horns and driving on the main roads blocking the traffic in marriage celebrations. Whats more surprising this time was that this lot went on a tyre burning spree for couple of minutes right in the middle of the highway. I believe this can be done within the local areas. Ofcourse the residents will be up to arms on such antics and would definetly call the cops. Anyways ‘Happy Married Life’ to whoever it was…
