The white man is a cunning devil, when he leaves an african country, he knows that he has created a situation where he can pull strings from the shadows to his benefit.
He wants to plunder and steal Africas resources. He wants all of it for free. So all he needs to do is to get a mentally malleable African and put him in power. This way the country is in civil war/confusion/debt etc etc. The white man slowly walks in and takes all the resources out for free. Ofcourse the white man controls the global media also, so he will be careful how he paints the picture.
Any real African who genuinely wants to take care of his people wont be allowed to come to power. And if he does come to power he will be removed. The west still rules the entire continent and will make sure this happens. The old Congolese leader Patrice Lumumba is a perfect example of this. He wanted to use the Congo for the benefit of his own people. The west would not have it, so they got him assasinated and turned the land into warzone. So they walk in free to log the timber, mine all the diamonds and walk back to Europe laughing. Africa gets sucked dry by the western parasite. This same parasite then makes the mainstream media and talks about how such corrupt African leaders are ruining the continent (all of whom are ofcurse their little puppets).
