This has got to be the funniest shit I have heard so far in Kuwait. Arab Times reports the following:

An unidentified helicopter pilot chased and landed his aircraft in front of the home of an unidentified youth in Rawdah when the latter reportedly directed a laser beam at the aircraft, reports Al-Jareedah daily. The pilot reportedly knocked on the door of the house and when the boy’s father answered the door, the pilot asked the man to hand him over the laser beam. The surprised father, who knew nothing about the incident, slammed the door in the face of the pilot. The pilot then landed in front of Rawdah Police Station to file a complaint. After police listened to his complaint they calmed him down and he took off again.
